This system from Diamond Eye is designed and built specifically for 1989-1993 5.9L Cummins trucks that have upgraded to a larger turbo featuring an HX40 style downpipe. Eliminate the necessity of buying a complete exhaust system, and then an HX40 downpipe all while enjoying all the perks of a Diamond Eye system.

NOTE This system will NOT work with a factory turbo, you MUST have a turbo featuring an HX40 style discharge. Please contact us if you have any questions about proper application.
